Overview:

• Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking an Office Manager and Senior Administrator to start as soon as possible.
• This role is key to the whole operation of the business due to the diverse range of responsibilities.
• You will need to be highly efficient, well organised, self-motivated, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility to ensure the smooth running of office procedures
• Managing Warehouse Team to ensure smooth and efficient running of warehouse
• Liaise with Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service maintained with Trade customers
• Contact Trade customers and process weekly orders
• Input and maintain purchase and sales pricing on internal systems
• Process Trade customer payments and manage Credit control
• Liaise with Sales team to create Trade wine lists, working with internal and external print team
• Process purchase orders – UK and European
• Track, check and process purchase invoices
• Investigate, process, track and check approved customer returns/queries
• Finance reporting as required by Directors
• Deputising for Directors, as required

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong IT skills and experience of using Sage 50 Accounts, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Efficient and able to reliably manage multi step processes under pressure
• Effective communicator
• Ability to work independently but also manage and work within a small team
• Flexible and have a ‘can do’ attitude
• Interest in and experience of the wine industry
• Bookkeeping experience desirable but not essential
