Sommelier (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Bars)

We are an Italian focused wine & food bar; promoting small-producers, natural, sustainable & organic wine with exciting foods to match.

We’re looking for full & part-time; energetic and experienced sommeliers for our new wine bar in the heart of London.

Primary duties will include:

-          Providing excellent customer service & advice to customers

-          Serving Wine & other drinks

-          Serving Food

-          Assisting with in-store events and tastings

-          Processing payments / using our POS system

-          Opening / Closing duties

-          Cashing up procedures

-          Showing a passion and love for food & wine!

Job requirements:

-          WSET Level 3 or equivalent experience/qualification

-          Strong English – spoken & written

-          Previous experience within the drinks industry

-          Professional manner & strong team working skills

-          Flexible working hours – ability to work weekends

-          Any other spoken languages are desirable but not essential
