Shop Assistant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

In this role

We are currently seeking a friendly, sales focused individual with high customer service skills with a true passion for food and wine to work in our new shop in Weybridge. The successful candidate must have the ability to talk about wine in an informal, open and friendly manner and be fluent in both verbal and written English communication.

Working days are Tuesday to Saturday 

Key tasks will include

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Taking responsibility for the appearance and safety of the shop
• Providing input to creative display and customer engagement projects
• Assisting the manager to ensure the shop operates smoothly
• Educating customers on our brands to drive sales and great customer experience

• Strong eye for detail and organizational skills

Ideally you will have this experience..

• Experience in the retail sector is essential
• Experience with EPOS systems preferred but training can be provided
• Strong drinks knowledge - at least WSET Level 2 Certification (WSET Level 3 Advanced preferential)
