We have a rare opportunity for a Sales Director to join our senior leadership team at an exciting time of change. This role is responsible for the delivery of our ambitious business targets and leading and motivating a sales team for the on premise and off premise sector.

About the role

Roles like this do not come along often. It’s a very exciting time to join us, we have a new leadership team in the UK and we’ve set ourselves some ambitious and challenging targets.  Reporting into the General Manager, UK & Ireland, you will be instrumental in leading and directing sales activities. You won’t be satisfied with achieving targets, you’ll strive to exceed in everything you do. You’ll lead and motivate a small sales team and will be a skilled coach, driving your team’s performance, setting targets and implementing strategies.  

Your Key responsibilities include:

  • To lead and direct sales activities to achieve short and long term business objectives increasing sales revenue, profitability and market share
  • Strong commercial skills and experienced in managing own P & L, not afraid to make tough decisions
  • Leading, motivating, coaching and developing the sales team (high performing)
  • Being a senior leader working cross functionally, developing relationships and influencing across the business
