In this role
You will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to the team in managing the wide variety of tasks associated with a complex, diverse and fast moving customer base. Working with the sales team you will be exposed to a wide variety of challenges.
Key tasks will include
- Administrative support to Sales director Multiples and Account management team
- Formulation of weekly and monthly reports for internal meetings
- Co-ordination of team meetings and events
- Weekly /Monthly customer sales reports
- Forecasting – Assist with Account Forecasting / reporting
To succeed, the essential knowledge & skills are
- IT Literate (Windows Excel, word & Power point)
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Organised and efficient in working environment
- Multitasking and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexible approach in a changing environment
- Passionate and driven
Ideally you will have this experience..
- Business related degree
- Experience with Excel using Macros & cell formulas
- Sales exposures (preferred but not essential)
- Previous project management experience
..And these qualifications
- Bachelors Degree - Qualified
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent in Maths
