We are looking for a Production Manager for our wine warehouse in East London. We buy all our wine direct from small producers in bulk and then we keg it in the UK's only returnable/reusable kegs or we bottle it for our unique Bottle Return Scheme...interested?
Your main duties would be:
- Production planning and forecasting
- Bottling wine
- Kegging wine
- Lab testing bulk
- Caring for the wine
- Stock control and reconcilliation
- Labelling and packaging
- Control of good in, goods out and distribution
- Cleaning equipment and facilities
- LOTS OF WINE TASTING
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail and communicationskills
- Team player with the drive to take on tasks and hit the ground running
- A love of wine and a thirst for knowledge
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Fork lift license (desirable not essential)
