Due to continued growth of the wine production sector and company expansion Vine-Works Ltd are looking for an additional vineyard supervisor / tractor operator to work in our vineyard management business. The ideal candidate should have viticulture knowledge and tractor driving experience, they should have excellent personal skills and a good level of English as they would be customer facing and be confident in giving instructions to teams. The ability to work independently and have the confidence to problem solve is essential. We demand the highest standards in order to meet our customers’ expectations so the job requires a high level of record keeping so attention to detail is essential.
Vine-Works Ltd are the leading vineyard management company in the UK provide services to many of the major growers and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a large number of vineyards.
Own transport is essential and reasonable level of fitness required. Remuneration in line with experience. This job is not based at one location but covers various sites across the South of England. There is potential for progression with the company
