TWE are developing best practice IT services, leading to a vacancy for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our in-house service delivery team. As our business continues its exciting journey we are looking for a customer focused Service Desk Analyst who will provide invaluable first level support to all TWE employees.
You will provide 1st line IT Service Desk support via telephone, email and internal ticketing system, whilst also dealing directly with the end-user group as required. Clearly focussed towards providing outstanding customer service, you will also play a pivotal role in ensuring:
- All interaction with internal staff is engaging and professional
- Handle customer inquiries with care, going the extra mile for our customers every time
- Prioritisation of tasks within Service Desk guidelines
- Resolution of incidents or provision of access to IT resources
- Workarounds are recommended, documented and implemented where appropriate
With a well-developed ability to resolve fundamental IT issues, you will take a common-sense approach to problem solving. You are technically proficient with proven experience in IT service delivery roles. You will enjoy interacting with all levels of TWE employees and be truly motivated by providing first class customer service.
