Supply Chain Systems Analyst - graduate opportunity (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are recruiting a new role within our Supply Chain team for an analytical, detail oriented, Excel whizz. As the Supply Chain Systems Analyst you will be joining a successful Twickenham based team with some excellent professional development opportunities ahead. You will gain exposure to different areas of the Supply Chain function by assisting the replenishment planning team with bulk wine management and supporting the wider Europe supply chain teams with a number of key reports and systems initiatives.

What will you do as Supply Chain Systems Analyst? 

  • Initially assist the Replenishment Planning team with replenishment management from Italy to UK and bulk order management from the US to the UK for in-market bottling.

  • Become the ‘go to’ person in relation to TWE systems used within the supply function and their impact on the day to day processes in TWE

  • Ensure ongoing integrity of master data including refining and improving master data update processes.

  • Pro-actively lead discussions with business partners around systems maintenance improvement opportunities that could enhance the business process and existing solutions from a supply perspective.

  • Share learnings on TWE systems integrations and reports and help to develop other team members in maximising efficiency and accuracy of system generated supply information.

  • Run monthly reports that are key for decision making in the supply chain.

  • Analyse data and develop monthly KPI reports to support the wider supply chain planning and operations.

  •  Drive continuous improvement on current suite of reporting.

To be our first Supply Chain Systems Analyst you will have:

  • Degree level qualification

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and highly numerate.

  • Prefer some experience in supply chain planning within an FMCG environment.

  • Good organizational & communication skills

  • Fast learner & ability to adapt to various systems
