The Opportunity:
To meet our strategic expansion plans, we are seeking to appoint a Regional On & Off-Trade Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Although the successful applicant will inherit some existing accounts, his/her primary role will be to identify profitable sales opportunities, acquire new business and manage new accounts. This is a sales-focused job for a target-driven candidate who wants to contribute to the growth and future shape of our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Generation of new business leads and sales in the on & off trade sector
- Development and management of existing business
- Delivery of exciting and impactful sales campaigns
- Representation and promotion of Top Selection’s portfolio at events and tastings
Candidate requirements:
- Wine knowledge (WSET level 2 or above or equivalent)
- A proven track record of sales success within the industry
- Motivated, goal-focused self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and analytical
- Ability to complete a detailed price proposal and write a balanced wine list offers
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- A high level of written and spoken English
- A clean UK driving licence
