Cellar Trends are the UK’s leading distributor of a wide range of international brands of fine wines, spirits, beers, soft drinks and cocktail mixers.
We are currently seeking an administrator to be the first point of contact for our business, working from our Head Office in Woodville, Derbyshire.
Hours will be 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday - with one hour lunch break)
25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
Duties will include:
• Answering the main switchboard
• Dealing with enquiries and directing calls
• Operating the gate telecom system
• Inputting of sample orders
• Daily preparation of post
• Preparation and administration of outgoing parcels via UK Mail
• Co-ordination of meeting room bookings to include liaison with catering companies and collection of food if necessary (local travel required)
• Monitoring company emails
• Scanning invoices
•Preparation of mail shots
• Handling petty cash
• Preparing files and maintaining up to date company records
Required skills:
• Ability to work switchboard with excellent telephone manner / customer services
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Manual handling skills (ability to safely lift small to medium sized boxes)
• Clean driving licence and own car essential
