Retail Assistant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are currently recruiting for Weekend Retail Assistants to work in our Denbies Gift Shop. You will be required to provide:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Actively gives the customer attention throughout the shop floor and the tills.
  • Replenishes the sales floor
  • Stays familiar with products, concepts, and merchandise information
  • Keep the selling area, clean and well maintained
  • Serves customers on the tills, reports , handles all required transactions, issues the receipts and packs merchandise in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Answer phone courteously and promptly
  • Communicates professionally with all team members within the Gift Shop.
  • Excellent customer service

Prior Experience in retail preferable. Fast – paced but detail – oriented

  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings.
  • Must have a passion for retail
  • Knowledge of Epos desirable
