An experienced and knowledgeable Assistant Restaurant Manager to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in running the day to day operations of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Experience in supervising Front of House staff.
- Meet and greet customers and take reservations.
- Knowledge of Food and Wine is desirable.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Minimum of 4 GCSE’S including Maths and English
- Working towards a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership
- Experience in Restaurant Management is essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role is essential
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings.
