An experienced and knowledgeable Assistant Restaurant Manager to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in running the day to day operations of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in supervising Front of House staff.
  • Meet and greet customers and take reservations.
  • Knowledge of Food and Wine is desirable.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’S including Maths and English
  • Working towards a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership
  • Experience in Restaurant Management is essential
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role is essential

You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings.
