Responsibilities:
Participate in delivering the Retail Activity Plan
Assist in the delivery of an industry leading ‘Retail Experience’ through the look, feel and service of your store
To maintain operational standards on all core processes and daily activity
To assist in minimising stock loss
To develop your product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing including participation in events
To identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence
Knowledge & Experience
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Effective communication style - written and verbal
Understanding retail operational standards, processes and systems
Awareness of the wider marketplace and competitors
