Bitburger UK Brand Ambassador (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Individual Purpose:

• To manage and achieve budgeted sales, distribution, volume and profitability targets for the Bitburger brands.

• To work to grow the Bitburger brand through all routes to market achieving outlet retention targets, monitoring product installations and ensuring adherence to minimum volume requirements.

• To be the Adnams Brand Ambassador.

• To ensure the customer experience consistently exceeds expectations.

• To deliver high level of product advice.

• Take full responsibility for managing volume and turnover, rate per barrel, cost base and return on investment for promotions.

• Manage key relationships to drive business development.

Responsibilities:

• In line with the beer marketing strategy develop marketing plans to your customers, evaluate promotions and analyse the correct return on investment is being achieved.

• Undertake detailed quality training to be one of the quality ambassadors within the business.

• Fully contribute to the budgeting and quarterly forecast process for Bitburger in the UK.

• Implement marketing promotional activity and develop our Bitburger social media loyal following through all social media streams.

• Achieve targeted sales goals for the Bitburger brands, while ensuring all company objectives are met regarding the brand, throughputs, customer retention and credit control.

• Implementation of the marketing promotional activity

• To identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service excellence.

• Develop promotional plans at operational level along with displaying entrepreneurial skills in formulating and implementing local retail activity.

• High standards of sales and negotiation skills.

• Working knowledge of wholesaler and regional brewer network within the UK.

• Able to demonstrate self-disciplined ways of working, time planning and setting priorities.

• Awareness of the wider marketplace and competitors with commercial awareness.

• Able to demonstrate excellent presentation skills.
