Molson Coors (UK) has been awarded the exclusive Top Employers United Kingdom for the past 3 years for our exceptional employee offerings. We are delighted to be one of the few companies to be officially recognised as a leading employer in the UK. We’ve created a culture that supports work-life balance and employee development is a major focus at Molson Coors. We work hard to provide an environment where the best talent can be successful, develop and grow.

We are currently looking to recruit a Demand Planner into our Customer Logistics Team.

In the Molson Coors Customer Logistics Team, we believe that Logistics can be more than just delivering stock. We’re working to build our offering to give a unique point of differentiation versus our competition. As a Demand Planner in our team, you’ll be front and centre, owning not only the demand forecast, but also relationships with both our customers and key internal stakeholders.

Our Demand Planners are responsible for demand forecasting across a set group of retail or wholesale customers. Measured through forecast accuracy and bias, the team aim to pass the best possible demand signals up the supply chain which, in turn, helps us to balance customer service with cost efficiency. The successful candidate will do this through a combination of data analysis, account knowledge and, most importantly, collaboration with internal stakeholders and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • To continuously improve Molson Coors’ forecast accuracy, eliminate forecast bias and improve the quality of the demand signals passed up the supply chain.
  • Build a deep understanding of your customer group, their business plans and their impact on Molson Coors
  • Pro-actively build customer specific plans with customers and internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience whilst balancing the cost to serve.
  • Liaise with our Demand Control Team to manage short term volume fluctuations

Key Experience/Attributes

  • Customer facing experience within an FMCG or similar company
  • Proven track record in a similar Demand Planning role
  • Highly skilled in relationship and network building
  • Proven ability in delivering results through leadership of self, but also complex and broad stakeholder groups
  • Ability to communicate confidently and credibly
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data to inform decision making and to challenge others
  • Challenges the expected – creating and implementing Continuous Improvement opportunities
  • Successfully navigates ambiguity and conflicts of interest/personality.
