Role to be based in Burton (with travel when needed)

Be part of a highly energetic, fun and motivated team as an Assistant Brand Manager working on Britain’s favourite and No.1 lager Carling and the wider Carling portfolio of products.  

You will play a key role in  supporting and delivering strategic brand plans, activity and communications in our Carling plan to consistent high standards.

You’ll be part of a team that engages consumers through exciting experiential platforms such as the innovative Carling Tap, compelling partnerships and high profile sponsorships such as the Premier League.

What will keep you busy day to day:

• Delivering activity within the Carling brand plan, aligned to our brand identity model – this will require a high standard of project management and an ability to work with cross functional teams and agencies to align and deliver key areas of the plan
• Understanding and delivering both comprehensive and intuitive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer) utilising company tools, reports and resources to help support the brand planning and improvement process
• Management of our digital and social media platforms , working closely with our agencies to deliver the overall digital strategy and brand activation plan as well as monitoring performance and suggesting ways to continually improve, evolve and innovate.
• Management of brand budgets effectively and accurately, capable of presenting clear summaries of the current situation and flagging opportunities and risks
• Building relationships and collaborative working with our internal functions, external agencies, customers, partners and sponsorships
