• To be the Adnams Brand Ambassador
• To ensure the Customer Experience consistently exceeds expectations
• To grow your business in a sustainable manner and deliver the Business Plan

Responsibilities:
• Delivery of Store P&L and Key Performance Indicators and an events plan
• Deliver and support the Retail Activity plan
• Delivery of an industry leading ‘Retail and Events Experience’ through the look, feel and service of your Store increasing sales
• To encourage and maintain leading edge operational standards on all core processes
• Minimise stock loss through process and efficiencies
• Develop employees product knowledge and service proposition through training, sharing personal knowledge and informing on industry trends and innovation
• Responsible for resolving any issues and feedback any concerns with solutions to the relevant individuals
• To identify, encourage and support opportunities for continuous improvement throughout your Store

• Financial acumen
• Ability to influence and network cross functionally and externally in the local area
• Experience of managing, developing and leading a team
• Effective communication style - written and verbal
• Understanding of retail operational standards, processes and systems
• Awareness of wider marketplace and competitors and emerging trends.
• Ideally be educated to WSET Intermediate or Advanced Level with a product knowledge of Adnams Beer and Spirits
