Job Description:
The Catalyst Brands business offers a new approach to brand agency management in the UK. We are proud to represent a fantastic portfolio of premium drinks brands on an exclusive basis, providing bespoke solutions for customers, and delivering against the consumer objectives of our brand partners.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Brand Activation Executive. In this role you will manage and develop customer relationships, calling on leading edge on-trade outlets in support of the Catalyst portfolio, and using digital media to communicate our brand messages.
The role:
- Targeted distribution growth
- Sales Growth Activation of brand initiatives / promotional plans
- Working alongside Wholesaler representatives to ensure routes to market are open to their customers.
- Build customer relationships and loyalty to Catalyst portfolio – evidenced through brand status (Pouring, Upsell etc)
- Negotiate direct support agreements for identified key customers
- Support Off Trade / C&C team through display / activity activation when required
- Managing a casual experiential sampling/experience team to execute brand drive activity in line with brand strategy at peak trading times.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a field-based sales role (preferably in the drinks trade)
- Experience of working in leading edge bars
- Involvement in creation or delivery of experiential on-trade activities from any industry
- Merchandising experience in on or off-trade environments a bonus
- Educated to A-Level minimum (Degree preferable)
- Driving Licence
