Hencote Vineyard is now recruiting hardworking and ambitious individuals to join the growing vineyard team based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
The ideal candidate would be professional, have good problem solving skills, be fit and healthy and have a willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. They would have previous experience in agriculture or horticulture using tractors, spraying crops and using general agricultural machinery.
However, a candidate without this level of experience but with a positive attitude and a willingess to learn would also be considered. The company would be willing to provide the required training.
This is an exciting opportunity join a small, dynamic team looking to produce premium English wine.
