Research Coordinator, based at the UK Wine Research Centre, Plumpton College

EWRDG (sponsored by the United Kingdom Vineyards Association) are currently recruiting for a Research Coordinator (self-employed contractor).

Responsibilities include identifying and analysing the key challenges & opportunities faced by the English (and Welsh) wine industries, exploring funding opportunities and supporting research & development projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will disseminate findings of projects and liaise between EWRDG, the UKVA, other UKVA working groups and external bodies involved in the delivery and funding of research and development.

The successful candidate will ideally be degree-educated, have first class organisational and communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.

The role will be based at Plumpton College, East Sussex, UK.

Salary £7000 per year

Part time role, equivalent to one day a week (0.2 FTE), contract position
