We are looking to recruit a Vineyard and Winery Operative who will, with the support of the Curriculum Manager, Winemaker, Vineyard Instructor and students, ensure that our 10-hectare commercial and research vineyards and winery remain an outstanding facility for teaching, training and research, generate a financial surplus, produce award-winning wines, and become an exemplar of sustainable wine production practice.
The ideal candidate should be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
