Introduction:
We are a young, lean, fast growing fine wine-tech company located in Shoreditch seeking an intern for a duration of 3+ months from 18/09/2017. We are an extremely meritocratic company with a supportive culture. The role concerns logistics coordination as well ancillary tasks which all play integral parts to the company’s success, though depending on your interest & performance, you could have greater involvement in the Purchasing & Sales functions. We are seeking an individual that has an interest in logistics, supply chain management, technology, and of course wine. We insist on you being a fast learner, sociable, hardworking and professional - experience is desirable, but not essential; applicants from all walks of life are welcome.

About the Role:
As previously mentioned in the introduction, we are seeking an intern to coordinate JF Tobias’ operations as well as the experiences of all of JF Tobias’ stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage the customer queries, the supply chain, and the necessary logistical duties.
Responsibilities:

Handling national & international shipments

Resolving and coordinating deliveries, collections, and imports & exports

Liaising with various other logistical firms, warehouses, customers and merchants

Maintaining customer and stakeholder relations through transparent communication

Managing stock traveling through the supply chain and stock inventory

Submitting and reviewing the condition reports of stock

Responding to queries, resolving issues and managing the fluidity of the system

Experience with customer-facing role

Previous experience/knowledge of CRMs
