We are looking to expand our award winning Customer Service department in Norwich over the Christmas period (October - December). We are looking for 20 dynamic, self-motivated people who can hit the ground running and thrive from working in a busy environment. There is the potential of extending a large number of these contracts into the New Year.
Job description
As a Virgin Wines Customer Service Advisor you will take pride in building relationships with our customers, take ownership of enquiries and deliver the very highest level of service that our Virgin customers, rightly, expect.
In order to thrive, you must be able to demonstrate a high standard of customer care, sales skills and be commercially aware in order to aid customer retention.
