Our Norwich based customer service team will always provide every customer with world class service. We work in an innovative and fast-paced environment and never take the traditional 'establishment' business rules for granted, we always take a fresh approach! We are more interested in who you are than what you've done so don't worry if you don’t have previous experience in this sort of role. We don't like being told 'it’s not my department' – so you will be trained up to handle every query from start to finish.

Shifts are:

• Mon - Fri:
  • Morning shift: 8am to 5pm
  • Late shift: 11am to 8pm
• Sat: 9am to 6pm

Job Description:

Based in our award winning service department, you will take pride in building relationships with our customers, taking ownership of enquiries and delivering the very highest level of service that our Virgin customers expect. You will communicate with our customers over the phone or via email.

This is the right role for you if you care about helping customers and colleagues! You will relish the responsibility of resolving queries yourself and demonstrate sales skills in order to aid customer retention.

You will receive full training to provide this Red Hot Service and you will become a wine connoisseur to your family and friends!
