Encompassing Business Development, Innovation and Insights, the purpose of this role is to the shape the growth agenda for Carlsberg UK, enabling us to accelerate the profitable growth of our business.
We are looking for someone who can lead the development of a joined up growth strategy for Carlsberg UK that incorporates key innovation and business development initiatives. To do this we need to also ensure that consumer insights is at the heart of our thinking and we need someone to champion Demand Spaces in the business and yet challenge the business around big opportunities and risks that face us in the alcoholic beverages category. The ideal candidate will develop a proactive business development strategy and lead specific business development initiatives whilst developing a pipeline of innovation also. Other responsibilities include leading the annual Commercial Planning process as well as lead & developing the Consumer Insight Manager.
If you are a degree educated individual with experience of Business Development, Innovation and/or Consumer insight in a well-known business with demonstrable knowledge of delivering new products or brands, then this could be for you.
