If you're an experienced HR Co-ordinator, developed within a unionised production or distribution environment, this is a superb opportunity to drive performance at our Northampton Brewery and be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing drinks companies.
You will provide comprehensive and flexible HR administrative & first line advisory support to Line Managers, and Carlsberg employees as directed. You will be part of a team, responsible for ensuring all HR system data entry & created HR Documentation is accurate and timely and in line with established procedures and policies. The team provide input and coordination on various HR projects / activities ensuring legal compliance and appropriate service levels are met to the wider business.
Essential skills and qualifications:
CIPD Level 3
Generalist HR Co-ordination
Strong demonstrable experience of managing a demanding and complex workload for multiple stake holders in a fast moving environment
Previous experience using specialised databases (e.g. SAP, SharePoint, MS Access front end portal)
Desktop PC skills Office administration, including MS Office, & SAP
Strong organisational skills without requiring constant supervision
Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or face to face capacity in a professional and helpful manner, whilst simultaneously building credibility and rapport
