You'll be a guardian of product quality at our Northampton brewery, training teams across the site to adopt a culture of best practice, innovation and continuous improvement. You will have responsibility for Food Safety and Product Quality from raw material throughout production to final product at point of sale. This encompasses the management and control of all systems to fulfil customer, legal and group requirements. You will also support stakeholders and Quality Technicians, driving a culture of accountability, alignment and action.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can contribute to development of best practice within the Group to facilitate sharing and standardisation. Your involvement will focus on ensuring the finished product is of the highest quality, so ideally you'll have a sound quality background in food/beverage manufacturing that demonstrates a strong knowledge of packaging and packaging materials. A familiarity with quality systems and auditing will be essential, as will knowledge of food safety and food hygiene, but you will also need a flexible, hands-on approach plus the communication skills to inspire change in a multi-layered environment.
