We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £37,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour!
This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

Rudding Park offers Live in Accommodation to help get you settled into your role. We also support finding alternative living accommodation in the local area.
If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.
About the Role
You know the finest details of our menu and can't wait to share your expertise with our guests. When they have a drink with us, your warm greeting, flawless cocktail and drinks service, and your friendly demeanour do not go unnoticed. No matter the day, you set out to provide each guest with an experience that will be remembered long after their stay. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Ensure bar is prepared for each service keeping the bar area and storage clean
- Work with the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to ensure fruit and beverage orders are completed along with company guidelines.
- Ensure all staff work in a responsible way.
- Have a working knowledge of financial implications of decisions made with purchasing and use of stock.
- Have a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect at all times.
About You
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of Bar operations and luxury hospitality
- Ideally, knowledge of POS system
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous serving experience is a big plus.
