eCommerce Assistant - Support Centre (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are looking for a hard-working E-commerce Assistant to help run our online alcohol delivery service Click N Drink, a fast paced and exciting business experiencing record growth. The focus of the role will be processing orders and customer service, but there is plenty of opportunity for a new team member to get involved in all aspects of growing the business, including marketing and promotions, social media and website management. This is a great opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial instincts who is looking to begin a career in business management or marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of e-commerce site Click N Drink including:
  • Order Processing and Dispatch:
    • Packaging orders in a safe and caring manner, taking into account the contents of the packages, in order to ensure the prevention of breakages.
    • Producing labels for orders based on weight and size of product.
    • Sending out orders using the chosen courier.
    • Recording breakages and customer service issues so any necessary action can be taken.
  • Customer Service
    • Confirming all orders via Amazon and via email from the Click N Drink portal, providing delivery tracking details once completed.
    • Responding to all Customer Service Queries on email and telephone.
  • Stock Management
    • Ensuring that all new stock delivered is put away in a timely fashion and the working environment is kept clean and tidy.
    • Ordering/picking required stock from the company warehouse.
    • Assist the stock control manager with stock-take each month and undertake weekly packaging stock takes.
  • • Support the Marketing Executive in populating the Click N Drink site with new products, whilst ensuring that current products on the site have accurate details and high-resolution imagery.

• Social Media & Promotions
  • Support the Marketing Executive in creating and running promotions based on the Click N Drink content calendar.
  • Helping to create Social Media content for Click N Drink on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
