At Berry Bros. & Rudd we have an unparalleled range of wines and services. To enhance our sales structure, we are seeking to recruit a team of Wine & Spirits Advisors in a new sales channel. This exciting development will provide the successful candidates with the opportunity to begin their journey down the path of private client management; a rare chance to develop relationships with members of Berry Bros. & Rudd’s previously uncontacted customer base.
In a proactive environment, energy and drive will be key to success, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised whilst providing the high level of service expected by our customers. This role will suit self-starters who also thrive in a team environment.
Key responsibilities in the role will include: achieving and where possible exceeding sales, contact and conversion targets, developing your own customer base, working with colleagues throughout the business to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and providing support and cover for the Customer Service team when required.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales and customer service and have a passion for connecting wine and/or spirits and people. WSET Diploma is preferred though not essential.
