Job Description:
We are looking for someone to help us maintain and grow our private client business both in the UK and globally. The role needs someone pro-active and energetic with a very good understanding of the current fine wine industry and an ability to build and develop client relationships.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fine wine trade, selling to private clients
• A proven track record of working to and exceeding sales targets
• High level of wine knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen and effective networker
• WSET Advanced (Level 3) certification (Diploma preferable)
• A pro-active attitude and the ability to learn quickly
• Numerate with a high level of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
• Good IT skills and an understanding of online sales
• Professional attitude and a calm, patient and polite manner
• Ability to work well within a team and also under own initiative
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
