The role
A thriving and successful company looking for a Private Client Sales Support person. The candidate will be an enthusiastic and customer focused individual with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking for exposure in fine wine sales at a dynamic and fast-growing business.
Activities
Support Directors with timely management of private client accounts, deliveries and other tasks
Assist Directors with raising invoices and credit notes
Assist Directors with accounts receivables
Support with adhoc concierge services
Support Directors other adhoc tasks
Assist with purchasing on occasion and ordering samples
Candidates must demonstrate
Impeccable customer service with high satisfaction rates
Problem solver and foresee issues
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with CRM tools useful, but not essential
Willingness to support with occasional tastings in the evenings and weekends
WSET level preferred, but not essential
Salary
Competitive salary dependent on experience
