We are looking for a marketing expert with strong knowledge of online as well as retail partnership building, to help us maximize existing relationships and find new ones. The ideal candidate must also have proven analytical skills and experience creating joint marketing programs in the FMCG sector to drive sales.
Key Accountabilities:
New partnership generation/New customer traffic volumes
o Number of calls / contacts made from the ‘new’ partnership list
o Number of appointments successfully generated from the target partnership list
Existing partnership optimisation
o Build effective relationships and maintain regular communication in order to identify future partnership opportunities
Execution / Delivery of Partnership Briefs
o Effective administration of Partnership processes
o Effective project management of online and offline partnership activities including management of time lines, budgets, communications, activities and deliverables to successfully launch new programmes from new or existing partners
Key Activities:
New partnership generation
o Business development through getting key contacts and administering the process
through to execution
o Number of calls / contacts made from the ‘new’ partnership list
o Set up meetings with target brands from a partnerships perspective
Existing partnership optimisation
o Project manage all partnership activities
o Build effective relationships with partners
o Maintain and keep up to date with partner developments in order to identify future
partnership activities
o Act as first point of call for partners on all marketing issues
o Coordinate campaigns with multiple internal departments including specialist
marketing staff, international sales team, B&M team, finance team, retail team, web
team and creative content producers
Execution / Delivery of Partnership Briefs
o Ensure brand stewardship
o Collate, develop, manage, distribute and promote a cohesive and high quality suite of
on and off-line campaign material to generate an increased volume of quality leads, as
well as to drive brand awareness across various partner channels including web, social
media, events, print and email.
o Monitor marketing materials, messages and placements for quality and accuracy
o Manage all agency and third party supplier relationships to successfully plan and
implement campaigns
o Create and manage content development plan based on partners’ style guidelines,
standards and requirements.
o Manage the partnership budget and advice on resource needs, ensuring that we have
detailed plans and targets in place to drive revenue via partners
Support the Acquisition Manager in identifying commercial partnership opportunities
Provide regular reporting and updates to internal departments and partners
