The Opportunity:
To meet our strategic expansion plans, we are seeking to appoint an On & Off-Trade Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in central London. The successful applicant will inherit some existing accounts but will be required to identify and seek out profitable sales opportunities and target new business. This is a sales-focused job for a target-driven candidate who wants to contribute to the growth and future shape of our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Generation of new business leads and sales in the on & off trade sector
- Development and management of existing business
- Delivery of exciting and impactful sales campaigns
- Representation and promotion of Top Selection’s portfolio at events and tastings
Candidate requirements:
- Wine knowledge (WSET level 2 or above or equivalent)
- A minimum of one year of sales experience within the industry
- Motivated, goal-focused self-starter
- Excellent communications skills and a team player attitude
- Innovative and analytical
- Ability to complete a detailed price proposal and write a balanced wine list offers
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- Experience with private clients is a plus
- A high level of written and spoken English. Foreign languages (especially those from wine-producing regions) would be appreciated
