An opportunity has arisen within the expanding National Accounts Off-trade team which now requires additional resource to support the increased focus on this important and dynamic channel.
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated team player to join our busy, successful team.
The Role:
This role will be the first point of contact for multiple sector enquiries as well as being responsible for supporting the National Accounts Off-trade team in all aspects of maintaining existing and developing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate all information requests from key accounts including new product forms, technical & packaging data requests;
- Monitor and analyse weekly depletion figures received from key accounts and help to ensure stocks are in the right place at the right time;
- Liaise with producers and colleagues within Liberty Wines on behalf of the department;
- Manage & monitor sample requests for National Account customers;
- Support generic, company & specific customer wine tastings;
- Manage electronic systems relating to key accounts;
- Regular store audits and range review analysis on key National Accounts
Key Performance Indicators:
- Delivery of weekly / monthly task plan;
- Hitting key deadlines;
- Colleague, customer and supplier feedback;
- National Accounts team results
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Numerate and computer literate with excellent attention to detail;
- Flexible, responsive and efficient;
- A good level of wine knowledge, preferably minimum WSET Level 2;
- Experience of sales support role ideal but not essential;
- Commitment to a high level of customer service;
- Languages are an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Salary is dependent on experience with the following:
- Personal bonus of up to 5% of salary based on performance against key objectives;
