Fortyfive10 is an importer of Italian fine wines based in Wandsworth. We are looking for a logistics and warehouse coordinator. We are a young(ish), fun wine importers that specialises in importing some of Italy's finest wines. We have an amazing portfolio and looking for someone who is hands on with logistics experience.

Logistics and stock management

• preparing and processing orders from our suppliers, making sure that all associated paperwork is done and organising transport for goods.
• maintaining adequate stock levels  in all warehouses;
• receiving  and checking deliveries from suppliers;
• maintaining a clean, safe and orderly warehouse;
• ensuring stock rotation and management of different vintages and informing the team of the arrival of new vintages and low stock levels;
• responsibility for stock takes and investigating stock discrepancies;
• as required take client orders and create delivery notes and invoices;
• Inform clients where orders cannot be processed or vintages are incorrect

Deliveries

• overseeing daily deliveries and occasional driving when driver absent
• responsiblity for maintenance and general upkeep of company vehicles.
• liaise with Office Manager about any returns, issues or problems with deliveries and return proof of deliveries to the office.
• deliveries when necessary

 Key skills and Knowledge:

• Experience of logistics and stock management
• Previous office administration experience.
• Numerate and literate.
• efficient and accurate
• Able to handle pressure and conflicting deadlines.
• Good IT  knowledge/experience.
• Experience on Vintner systems (preferable but not essential)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Italian speaker preferable but not essential
• Driving licence essential
