Job Purpose:
The role will optimise sales and margin within existing accounts and set up, build and develop new business within a specified region.
Key Activities:
Develop and execute a strategic business plan which includes a market strategy for all key accounts.
Identify new wholesale, distribution and e-commerce partners – produce and deliver against a plan to secure build and develop these partners.
Monitor and drive sales, margin and contribution performance in line with strategy for all accounts.
Manage brand image and identity in the markets, in line with guidelines, ensuring the brand is represented in the right trading environments.
Ensure implementation of marketing activities/initiatives within key accounts.
Maintain, build and develop existing relationship with all
Make regular market visits to motivate franchise, retail and distribution partners in order to implement plans and drive sales and margin growth.
Ensure that high standards of customer service are set and maintained.
Internally present designated account financial reviews, strategy and business plans.
Share information and initiatives with rest of sales team where all markets will benefit.
Attend relevant trade shows as necessary.
Ongoing awareness of designated market influences such as retail landscape, key franchise partners, distributors
Coordinate delivery of appropriate product information, support materials and information to enhance partner performance.
Effective, efficient and regular communication with all key partners on sales performance,
forecasts, order processing.
Drive sell out initiatives aligned to brand proposition
Act as a brand ambassador.
Competent presentation of new ranges, range plans and supporting materials to customers in line with critical path and securing sales budgets.
Ensure order commitment and forecasting are accurate and completed in line with critical path.
Partner compliance of brand guidelines.
Manage projects as necessary to improve sales, service and streamline processes
