We are now looking to recruit a dynamic HR Manager that will have a presence across the business, to aid in the development of our teams and provide an effective HR service to ensure future success.
The Role:
- Develop and implement the HR across the business.
- Recruitment
- Skills assessment and implementation of development programmes.
- Provide guidance to department managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are in accordance to legislation, best practice and Amathus’ guidelines.
- Evolve our performance management systems and related pay structure.
- Implement attractive and commercially viable benefits packages.
- Ensure employment, health & safety are statutory compliant.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a standalone HR role or able to demonstrate 5 years HR Manager experience.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably with a legal background.
- CIPD qualified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is proactive and can set and achieve goals.
- Able to be firm, diplomatic and have a fair approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Ideally resides within a 45-minute commute to our head office at Park Royal NW10 7ST.
