We have exciting new opportunities in our Customer Service team and are looking for passionate, experienced and dynamic people to join us.
A Customer Service Executive is responsible for:
- Processing customer orders via phone, email, web and EDI
- Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time
- Dealing with all queries in relation to orders, and ensuring the issues are communicated quickly to other relevant departments
- Enhancing the customer experience through building strong relationships and constantly delivering outstanding customer service
- Carrying out outbound activity such as telesales and campaign initiatives
- Working cross-functionally with relevant departments, completing and updating customer data
You will need to demonstrate
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to plan and prioritise
- Team player with the ability to engage at all levels
- Energy and passion for customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly, between the hours of 6am and 8pm
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish or French is also desirable, but not essential.
