Contract Management Analyst (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all incoming contracts have been completed in accordance with Company policy.
• Work with the Sales, Operations and Legal teams to resolve and confirm non-standard terms and conditions.
• Track, reconcile and calculate commissions for the sales department, in accordance with the approved commission plans.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Company’s products and services.
• Generate sales orders and invoices into Great Plains accounting system.
• Provide periodic reporting/analysis to Finance, Sales and/or Operations management as needed.
• Reconcile internal operations system to Great Plains billing system on a monthly basis to validate all customers are being invoiced accurately. Research and resolve any differences that may arise.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• High attention to detail.
• Experience in Order Administration, Data Entry or similar field
• Ability to work independently and across internationally located teams.
• Ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness, and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management.
• Performs well under pressure and meets aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with Great Plains (or other similar accounting system) preferred.
• Experience of Salesforce will be considered an advantage.
• University degree preferred.
