Role Summary
As our content manager you will be responsible for ensuring all our internal communication and learning content is collated, managed and shared internally. You will maintain our brand guidelines and support the creation and development of content throughout the business.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with all those who are creating and sharing content to ensure we are surfacing our key messages in the right places. You will be the go to person for advice and support on what content we need. You will drive the development of content within our communities and develop a content strategy to deliver this. You will look after the content management system and be responsible for its maintenance throughout the business. You will be responsible for ensuring our content drives employee engagement and our employee experience. You will develop an editorial calendar and ensure the business works with you to deliver this. Ensuring our content is legally compliant will be key as well as ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice and grammatical accuracy.

Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience working as a content manager across a multi-site business
Previous experience of implementing and operating a content management system
Previous experience of creating and curating content
Previous experience in content optimisation and brand consistency
Desirable:Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Desirable:Good understanding of IT systems
Desirable:reporting and analysis experience
Desirable:Videography and photography skills including editing

This role will report into the Learning Services Manager and work alongside the learning and internal communication teams as well as the Multimedia Content Producer. Full time hours, based in Chiswick with some travel within the Fuller’s Estate.
