Consumer Insights Executive (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

brands by having consumer insight at the heart of all decisions.

Key Purpose

To be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of PRUKs Brand Tracker, Ad evaluation and online community, both managing the agency and in delivering key insights to the brand teams.

Working alongside the rest of the Insights team, strive to deliver real, understandable and actionable insights to the business to assist in more effective delivery of the Company's commercial aims.

Key Responsibilities

- To be the link between the brand marketing teams and agencies involved in core insight functions (brand tracker, online community, ad evaluation)

- To be the go to person in the business for information on the Brand Tracking Study and help with interpretation of the data

- Update and distribute quarterly ‘consumer brand dashboards’ and ensure the KPIs are correct and delivered on time

- To ensure core agencies continues to provide a good quality service (e.g. responding to requests in a timely and accurate manner, correcting any data errors, supplying reports and data on time according to agreed delivery schedules)

- Supporting Digital Marketing Manager with distribution and interpretation of Digital KPIs and ensuring these are understood within the business

- Monitor social listening outputs for priority brands to ensure we have a full and up to date understanding of the space priority brands are trying to operate in

- To ensure an up-to-date knowledge of key competitor activities (e.g. new product launches, new advertising) and share this knowledge with relevant internal stakeholders

- Attend UK based focus groups – typically London/Birmingham/Manchester/Leeds

- Assist Marketing Manager Insights by running tracking data for ad hoc requests

- Assist Marketing Manager Insights and Shopper Insights Manager in developing the PRUK Trend Book and delivering this in an engaging way to the business

-Support Marketing Manager Insights on ad hoc insights projects

- Other reasonable duties as required
