Key Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Service:

• Provide an outstanding bar experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service to our guests.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.

2. Team Collaboration:

• Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.

3. Creativity and Ambition:

• Embrace our commitment to creativity by contributing innovative ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal specials, and presentation.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Clear conversational English language skills
• Minimum two years’ experience in a cocktail bar
• Minimum age 18
• Outgoing and confident personality
• A flexible and willing attitude

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a 5* Hotel or a high-end restaurant
• WSET or bartending courses
• Level 1 Food Hygiene
• Allergen Training
• Service Training
