ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Bar Manager, who will be responsible for the operation of the bar, stock management and control, the recruitment and development of the bar team, and input into the management team to help run this fantastic venue.
The ideal Assistant Bar Manager will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar, quality venue
- Previous experience in a similar, quality venue
- Superb staff management and motivation skills
- A love for sports
- Exceptional service standards
- Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
- A love for staff training and progression
- Excellent wine, beer, cocktail and coffee knowledge
