Borough Wines and Beers are looking for enthusiastic, passionate staff to join our growing team. WSET level 2 or similar wine knowledge and training is preferred. A good beer and spirit knowledge will be an advantage. Many of our shops also have a hospitality element, previous experience in this area is preferred but not essential. Retail and management training will be given to develop trainees to management level within our growing organisation. 

We are a small rapidly growing company, currently with seven London shops and more planned. We offer generous staff discounts and opportunities to get involved in other parts of the business for people with the right skill sets.

Our shops are relaxed and approachable but require professional and knowledgable staff to bring them to life.

Trainee managers can expect a starting hourly rate in line with the London Living Wage followed by competitive salaries for appointed managers in return for around 40 hours per week. Staff are expected to work 5 days a week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
