Purpose:
Working as part of the Conviviality Trading Sales Operations Team across BWS and Softs, this is a pivotal role to support our sales team. We provide service and support to our customers and our business by working collaboratively with Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Core Accountabilities:
- Samples (awards / press / tenders)
- Artwork (OL/Branded)
- Relationships (with retailer, supplier, internal)
- Reserve trackers (stock meetings)
- Product base rates (EPOS or actuals)
- Pricing set up
- Critical paths for new launches / vintage changes
- Financial / data support
- Image administration
- Presentations
- Trips administration
- Weekly downloads from customer portals
- Ad hoc retailer requests
- Ad hoc sales team requests
- Other as required
Contacts/Key Relationships & Nature of Influence:

- Sales Team
- Off Trade Supply Chain
- Bulk Manufacturing Team
- Buying and Technical Team

- Main contact for buying function for your customer
- Network of other contacts as necessary within your customer

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
Essential:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and confidence
- Problem solving and initiative
- Organisation and time management
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Numerically literate
Preferred:
- Sales or customer service experience
- Relationship management
- Experience in FMCG industry
Professional Qualifications/Education:
