Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic & fast growing Burgundy, USA & Italy specialist. We are looking for a full time Customer Services Manager to oversee the order processing department and support our On-Trade Sales Director. This is a senior role vital to the growth of the company and is key to ensure excellence in customer relations.
Requirements:
We are looking for a confident and driven individual with previous experience in customer services in the wine trade. This key role ensures the success of our company and requires a real love of wine, a genuine interest in the UK restaurant scene and very strong administrative and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities:
-
Management of client relations; this can include:
-
Following-up On-Trade Sales Director emails
-
Advising of vintages changes
-
Resolving any stock or delivery issues
-
Recommending wines and replacements for wines that are out of stock
-
Helping in the production of reports and wine lists for customers
-
Sales & admin support for our On-Trade Sales Director

Management & support of Sales & Customer services Administrator

Covering Sales & Customer services Administrator’s role while they are on holiday; this will include:
-
processing of sales orders, liaising with our Bonded warehouse, organising all deliveries, following-up and solving delivery issues, receipting new stocks, invoicing customers, managing customers’ private reserves, managing Vintner software, customer database, supporting the team for events organisation.
Key skills:

proven computer & software expertise

previous experience of Vintner Systems or similar

an excellent proficiency of the English language

excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: from £25,000 per annum, depending on experience + pension & healthcare
