SALES MANAGER - CATALYST PLB (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Your reponsibilities will include:  

  • Growth of Sales turnover through all credit worthy on-trade Routes To Market through developing and implementing joint business plans
  • To be the Brand Ambassador for all agency brands for our RTM customers, and working with their internal sales teams to create demand.
  • Increasing the profile of Catalyst PLB by delivering the Global Brand Marketing plans on a local basis, through the development of Trade Marketing Plans and promotions.
  • To be the National Sales contact for all brand owners whose brands we represent in the UK market
  • To manage the dedicated Tele Account Manager, by developing the optimum contact strategy providing specific and measurable targets, from a defined customer base. Including the development, training and incentivise the TAM resource.
  • Creation of Trade Marketing promotions and the management of the budget versus return on investment
  • Minimising risk through review and management of customer credit terms and reduction of debtor days
  • To provide accurate sales forecasts and liaise with Planners, Stock Control and Transport teams to ensure continuity of supply versus demand
  • Implementation, management and promotion of the B2B strategy
  • New account development and prospecting within territory by channel

  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Administration / organisation skills

PREFERRED:

  • Skilled in contractual design and implementation

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Demonstrable Account Management experience
  • Track Record of New Business Generation, Negotiation and Networking within the Wholesale Market at Key & Multiple Account level

PREFERRED:

  • Minimum WSET Advanced
  • Having worked within a Branded environment
