About the role:

Getting the details right can have a surprisingly big impact, as you’ll soon realise when you join our team. In this incredibly fast moving and ever changing environment, you’ll discover exactly how much the little things matter. From daily sales and profit reports, to admin support and marketing – getting everything accurate is hugely important. And doing it as efficiently as possible will bring savings to our customers as well as to our business.

The Ins and Outs: 

• Category Administration, assisting with range changes, Promo Support and P&L admin
• Deliver and manage internal/external sales and profit reporting
• Answer & resolve store/department and supplier queries
• Analysis, competitor research and day to day trading of your category
• Liaising with different teams & driving accountability to deliver against the critical path
• Ensure our lines are listed and set up correctly on the system

What you’ll need

• Excellent time-management, organisation and communication skills
• Analytical and numerical thinker with the ability to use Excel
• Plenty of initiative and a can do attitude
• Be calm under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
• A proven track record of attention to detail
• Passion for the customer
